What is the Mid Roc?

Following the success of recent years, we have decided to organise another Mid Roc in 2026: a 46 km race. Ideal for competitive cyclists who prefer a shorter race. Expect a technical and challenging course.

The Mid Roc is a race with timing and a ranking.

Course

We will announce the detailed course here shortly. The GPX files will be available just before the event.

Supplies

5 feed zones will be provided for the BIG Roc Marathon. The organization will provide sufficient drinks and food for all riders.

These feed zones are accessible with a car without crossing the courses so that spectators or teams can get there.

Rules & regulations

  1. The Mid Roc (46km) gives riders a timing chip and a collective start. The time per rider is calculated according to the net-time principle (from the moment you cross the starting carpet until you finish).
  2. Minimum age: 12 years old (born in 2013 or before) and accompanied by an adult (until the age of 15).
  3. In case you take part in this race with an e-bike, you will be timed but you will not appear in the rankings.
